ты вот так разделяешь: Save as.., галочка-Sement output file, галочка убрата-Limit number of video fps, а ниже размер файла.

понял в чем дело - это файл косячный. При открытии Виртуал Дуб ругается:

кадры листаются очень медленно. Как же его разделить можно может кто знает? И на что ругается Виртуал Дуб?
