I think I found a solution to my problem.

I went to Control Panel, then Administrative Tools, then Services. Once at Services, I found the service with a display name of "Bluetooth Service". I selected the "Bluetooth Service" and went to properties. Here it will let you disable the service. After I disabled the service, the "btwdins.exe" process stopped running and the memory problem went away.

After disabling this service I was still able to use my Bluetooth mouse through the IOGear adapter just as before. I wonder if the Windows Bluetooth Service - "btwdins.exe" was conflicting with the IOGear Bluetooth software.

Можно и тут. А так, в общих чертах. Решается данная проблема так.
панель управления - администратирование - службы, найти службу Bluetooth Service и отрубить его. После отключени, процесс "btwdins.exe" должен исчезнуть. После отключения, Bluetooth mouse работает как и раньше через IOGear адаптер.
