Afghanistan is a country with an important geostrategic location which connects the Middle East with Central Asia and the Indian subcontinent, moreover it is oil-bearing area, that attracts the attention of most oil importers. But that time it is one of the sources of terrorism, drugs and world’s insecurity.
The current war and political and economic situation has its preconditions and reasons. First of all there is a political reason: some concrete people among unstable Afghanistan government anyway foster terrorism and drug trafficking being one of the most profitable sources of income. Religious reason: Taliban drive for creation numerous International Islamic Organizations that worldwide would popularize radical Islam and eradicate infidels. Social and economic reason: unstable government, poor and not sustainable economic and social well-being of civilian population of Afghanistan makes them believe Taliban and supply them. So that all factors are interrelated and all together it is like an “explosive mixture”. The solution to all this problems hasn’t been found yet. There is an idea that situation reached a deadlock in Afghanistan and abroad. There is a need in new strategy, new ideas, new efforts in order to influence common Afghan who have already lost hope of better future and who were undeceived in government and foreign “friends”.
NATO’s soldiers and other peacekeeping troops that try to change the situation actually make the situation worse. Taliban’s activities can be characterized as an answer to long lasting outside aggression. There is a need to get at the root of the problem. It is obvious of stakeholders, who derive benefit from existing situation. It can be said about some disinformation through television, Internet and print publications, that advantageous for some countries. It is evident that world community must pay attention to this.
That is why some actions aimed at conflict prevention can be formulated as follows:
•    March off ISAF NATO’s army and US soldiers from Afghanistan;
•    Continue economic and social supplying of common Afghans;
•    Render humanitarian aid to Afghanistan;
•    Attract the capital of most countries to invest peace building and peacekeeping in Afghanistan;
•    Decrease the amount of drugs sale points in drugs consuming countries in order to reduce market outlets all over the world;
•    Deter Taliban forces from outside using the policy of deterrence;
•    Promote creation of legal earning methods corresponding the level of income being engaged in drug trafficking;
Anyway the solution of this situation depends on the right strategy, right determination of the root of all evil and sending all possible forces there. Why can Taliban still maintain resistance to the USA and NATO? It seems that someone fosters this.
