Adskflex.exe is the vendor daemon component of the Autodesk Network License Management system based on FLEXlm from Macrovision.  In most cases, Autodesk recommends that customers use the installation routine accessed from their product CD to install the Autodesk Network License Manager. That process will install Adeskflex.exe along with FLEXlm multi-vendor licensing components.  In this case, downloading Adskflex.exe is not necessary.

However, if you are implementing Autodesk Network License Management on a server that serves other FLEXlm vendors, then you may want to download Adskflex.exe and use the existing FLEXlm multi-vendor components. This download has been made available to accommodate this.
